His Most Eminent Highness the Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Fra\u2019 John Dunlap, will be in Hungary on an official visit from 16 to 18 September, at the invitation of His Excellency the President of the Republic Tam\u00e1s Sulyok. He will be accompanied by a delegation including some of the high authorities of the Order.<\/p>\n
During his visit, he will hold discussions with the President of the Republic, the Deputy Prime Minister Zsolt Semj\u00e9n and His Eminence Cardinal Peter Erd\u0151, and will meet with members of the Hungarian Association of the Order of Malta and of the Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta. He will visit the Blessed Gerard Psychiatric Hospital (formerly G\u00e1lfi B\u00e9la Hospital) in Pom\u00e1z, managed by the Order.<\/p>\n
The last visit by a Grand Master of the Order of Malta to Hungary was by HMEH Fra\u2019 Matthew Festing in 2013, on the occasion of the celebration by the Hungarian Parliament of the 900th anniversary of the foundation of the Order.<\/p>\n
