In December H.E. Ambassador Dr. Heinz A. Hafner hosted an informal lunch with the Ambassador Designate of Hungary to the Holy See and to the Sovereign Order of Malta, Dr. Peter Kveck, providing an opportunity for establishing a cordial relationship and for constructive dialogue .
A commission of the Board of Auditors made its routine visit to the Order's institutions in Hungary
The Grand Master of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Fra’ John Dunlap, received the President of the Republic of Hungary, Tamás Sulyok, today at the Magistral Palace. H.E. Ambassador Dr. Heinz Anton Hafner was in attendance.
The 2026 annual bilateral meeting between the entities of the Order in Hungary and the government was held on February 9.
