H.E. Ambassador Heinz A. Hafner and and his spouse Dr. Monika Hafner attended the Pope’s Day (National Day of the Holy See) reception at the Nunciature in Budapest on 29 June. The event also served as farewell reception for the Apostolic Nuncio, Archbishop Michael W. Banach, who completed his mission in Hungary, having been appointed Apostolic Nuncio to Argentina. The Ambassador took the opportunity to thank His Excellency for all his support and for the fruitful cooperation throughout his four-year mission.
